Early Access Terms
As we're in early access, these terms may evolve. We'll always notify you of significant changes 30 days in advance. Your continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Recuite, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Service Description
Recuite provides a cloud-based applicant tracking system (ATS) specifically designed for Ukrainian companies. As an early access product, we're actively developing new features and may modify or discontinue parts of the service with notice.

User Obligations
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, ensuring compliance with Ukrainian and international laws, and the accuracy of information you provide. You agree not to misuse our services or interfere with their operation.

Early Access Benefits & Limitations
As a Recuite user, you receive access to our ATS platform with regular updates and new features. Please understand that some functionality is still in development and occasional service interruptions may occur.

Ukrainian Market Specific Terms
Recuite is governed by Ukrainian law. All disputes will be resolved in Ukrainian courts. We comply with Ukrainian labor law, GDPR, and data protection regulations. Data is hosted in Ukraine with EU backup.

Limitation of Liability
Recuite is provided "as is" during early access. While we strive for reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 30-day written notice. Upon termination, your access to the service will be revoked. We provide 30-day data export window. All early access discounts are valid for as long as you remain a customer.
