Vacancy templates, probation tracking and a German interface
Vacancies
- Vacancy templates. Build a library of templates, group them into sets and share each set with the people who need it. Any vacancy can be saved as a template, and a new one can start from a ready template.
- A “Positions” column in the vacancy list shows how many of the planned positions are still open — for example “2 of 13”.
- When you add a candidate to a vacancy, the list offers open vacancies only — a candidate can no longer land in a closed vacancy with the same title.
Candidates
- Probation tracking: set the probation period right after a hire, follow every new hire in a separate registry, get a reminder before the period ends and record the decision — passed, failed or extended.
- After a hire you can record the day the person starts work — it shows in the candidate profile and in the vacancy.
- A recruiter with restricted visibility still sees their own candidates on a colleague’s vacancy, with their history, and keeps working with their own records.
Hiring manager
- In a vacancy request the hiring manager picks a department from the tree and adds working conditions, headcount and the reason for hiring — the department and working conditions carry over when a recruiter creates the vacancy.
- An approved request can be repeated in one click, and the request form can be filled in from a vacancy template.
Interface language
- Recuite is now available in German — the interface and the browser extension.
