How do I sign up for early access?
Visit our signup page to create your free account. You can start using Recuite immediately — no credit card required.
What's included in early access?
Free plan with core ATS features, priority support, regular feature updates, and hands-on onboarding assistance.
How long does setup take?
Basic setup takes 15-30 minutes. We provide hands-on onboarding calls for early access members to ensure you're set up correctly and understand all features.

What browsers are supported?
Recuite works best on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge (latest 2 versions). We recommend Chrome for optimal performance.
Is my data secure?
Yes! We use AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 for transfers, and host all data in Ukraine with EU backup. Read our Privacy Policy for complete details.
Can I import my existing candidate data?
Absolutely! We support CSV imports and provide migration assistance for early access members. Contact us for help with data migration.

When am I charged?
Paid plans are billed monthly. You can start with our free plan and upgrade anytime. No credit card required to get started.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! No contracts or commitments. Cancel with 30-day notice, and we provide a 30-day data export window.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers for Ukrainian companies. International payment methods supported via Stripe.
